Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

1. Availability: COD is available for most pin codes across India.
   
   
   In certain remote or high-risk locations, COD may not be supported. Customers will be informed at checkout if COD is not available for their address.
   
2. Order Confirmation: Orders placed with COD must be confirmed via email or phone (if required). Repeated COD order cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.
   
3. Payment Terms: The full order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
   
   Please ensure that the exact cash amount is ready to avoid delays, as delivery agents may not carry change.
   
   Currently, COD does not support payment via cheque, demand draft, or digital wallets at the time of delivery.
   
4. Limits & Conditions
   
   COD is available for orders above Rs. 1500. Orders outside this range may require prepaid payment.
   
   COD orders may be subject to additional handling charges as displayed during checkout.
   
   
   

Return Policy (48-Hour Return Window)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To keep your experience stress-free, we offer returns within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
   
   Returns are only accepted if initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
   
2. How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team via email at support@awishkart.com or call us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
   
   Our team will guide you through the return request and arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your location).
   
3. Return Pickup & Shipping: In most cases, we arrange reverse pickup. If your pin code is not serviceable, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse.
   
   Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   
4. Refunds & Processing: Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
   
   Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

If the product fails the quality check (used, damaged, or not in original packaging), the return will be declined and the item will be shipped back.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. Such cases will be prioritized for replacement or refund at no extra cost.
